We are just adjusting our Christmas Tickets, for a new way of operating at Christmas.
If you have already purchased - we will be in touch.
CURRENT 2020 CHRISTMAS TICKETS ARE NOW HERE
Pick the day you would like to visit at Christmas. Then pick which Entry Time. You can come any time between the start and finish times for your chosen session. (Adults need to buy tickets as well as children). If you are unable to print your tickets, we can retrieve your order from the order number (on the email sent) or your postcode. We sell out on the last weekend and Christmas Eve first - book to avoid being turned away. Entry to the grotto requires at least ONE ticket to include a present.
Season ticket holders are advised to book in advance too. Either do this in person whenever you visit in the year or by phone 01379 686900. We will need a membership number under the barcode from your tickets. Your membership will need to be in date for the date you attend at Christmas.
We reserve the right to charge a 5 pound admin fee for date changes to tickets (date changes may not be possible).
All advance tickets need to be redeemed at the ticket office on the way in.
Online tickets are not refundable in any circumstance.
