When booking tickets for
your Christmas visit please select the date and arrival time on the calendar.
Please note that your experience begins with your visit to Father Christmas in
his Grotto and your arrival time will denote this.
Please note that all visiting Adults and Children must book a ticket – even those who do not wish to visit Father Christmas. Please ensure that you bring the order confirmation with you on the day.
To visit Father Christmas in his Grotto, you must purchase a ticket according to your child’s age eg:
PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED THROUGH THE GROTTO IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRESENT TICKET. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SELECTED TIMESLOT.
NO VOUCHERS, DISCOUNTS OR OFFERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE USED AT THIS EVENT.
Season ticket holders are advised to book in advance too, either in person or by phone on 01379 686900. You will need your membership number (Found under the barcode on your Season Ticket).
Ticket Terms & Conditions: These tickets are not refundable under any circumstances, unless BSM is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to change the date of booked tickets and all guests are required to have a ticket for the day they visit. No dogs (Except Service Dogs) are allowed on site.
We have added Gift Aid to these tickets. If you are able to pay the extra 10% it enables us to claim 25p for every £1 of your ticket from the Government and is vital for guaranteeing the future of Bressingham Steam Museum & Gardens.
